I'm Erika Brown,
and I built this event for investors like you—because I was you.
Erika is a living example of how your story doesn't have to end the way the world tries to write it.

She's the daughter of a man who grew up sharecropping in the rural south and a woman who was the second oldest of 7 children living in a two-room house in Louisiana. A Black girl who grew up south of Dallas, got pregnant before getting married, and had to get a job before getting a degree. She worked her way up the ladder of a corporate job for many years before leaving to pursue her own dreams in Real Estate.

Despite starting with no money, poor credit, and a lack of resources, Erika went from burnt-out and over-committed to scaling from 0 to 38 doors with a portfolio worth more than $5 million—in just a few years. She went from living paycheck to paycheck to having financial options.
With God's grace, hard work, and surrounding herself with inspirational people, she turned a career as a Real Estate Agent into a multi-million dollar real estate empire that generates over six figures annually.
