Erika went from a burnt-out over-committed mom to a fully-living Real Estate Investor and Multi- Entrepreneur. IN JUST A FEW YEARS

Despite not having any money, poor credit, and a lack of resources, in just a few years she was able to scale from 0 to 38 doors with a portfolio worth more than $5 million. She went from living paycheck to paycheck to having financial options!

Erika is a living example of how, even though the world and society can start writing your story one way, it doesn’t have to end that way. She is the daughter of a man who grew up sharecropping in the rural south and a woman who grew up the second oldest of 7 children living in a two-room house in Louisiana. She is a Black girl who grew up south of Dallas, got pregnant before getting married, and had to get a job before getting a degree.She worked her way up the ladder of a corporate job for many years before leaving to pursue her own dreams in Real Estate. With God’s grace, hard work, and surrounding herself with inspirational people, She turned a career as a Real Estate Agent into a multi-million dollar Real Estate empire that provides jobs, empowers the community, and provides online education to help others write a different story too.
